How It Works:
Just shuffle the deck, pull a card, and do the rep count. No gym required. No timer needed. Whether you're stacking it with other decks or running it solo, this is your go-to tool for building core strength, endurance, and mental grit.
This deck is amazing! I am currently using it as a get the blood flowing in the morning flipping 5-6 cards before I get rolling with the day and it gives me the start that I need to get my body moving and energized! Followed by more cards mid work shift etc I will conquer the whole deck straight through one day! The customer service went above and beyond making sure I got things in a timely fashion and even found product to ensure an earlier delivery than expected! Although these do work a bit of everything, I really hope they add more too it down the line like some lung buster cardio, and some core killers!!! It’ll be a four horsemen of workout decks! Cheers to getting in shape and lowering my BP
I received the package and notices right away there were no instructions on how to actually apply the cards. There is some information on the deck but it is confusing. "Go through the entire deck"... but the exercises are just the same few exercises except more. They are broken down into 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 reps. But do you do 5 as a first workout? Or, is a workout one exercise 5 times, 10 times, or the whole deck? Very disappointing and confusing. More detail is needed with some of the exercises. The Burpee is best explained by YouTube. Don't waste your money here, just Google and you will be a lot better off.
I really like this. You can do this at your own pace. I workout 30 minutes at a time every other day. You can do an easy workout or a sweat pouring one all about how you pace yourself. And it's easy to do by yourself or with others.
Great addition to the upper and lower body decks
It keeps our interest.
